What do I do if my order is missing, incorrect or damaged?

We're sorry if your order isn't perfect! If you receive a parcel that is pressed or opened, please do not accept it. For any missing, incorrect, or damaged items, it's important to save both the box and the merchandise. Please do not discard any product or packaging, as these are vital for us to process your claim efficiently.

What if I didn't receive my order confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are usually sent shortly after your order is placed. If you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, kindly notify us at contactus@healyourself.com.pk, or call us at +92304 2429078, so we can assist you promptly!

When will my order be shipped?

All Heal Yourself orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and are delivered within 48 hours of placing the order.

How much are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery charges across Pakistan are Rs. 200.

Can I collect my order from a Heal Yourself office?
